Founded in 2022, Albatross Learning was built around a simple observation: learning creates greater value when people can apply it.
Our founder, Ayushi Gupta, brings more than a decade of experience in the education and training sector, including professional experience with organizations such as NIIT, Aptech, and other leading skill-development institutions.
Through this experience, she witnessed the challenges faced by students transitioning from education to employment, as well as the growing need for organizations to continuously develop their people.
This led to the creation of Albatross Learning—a platform focused on building practical capabilities across the learner and professional journey.
