From the Desk of Our Founder
Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to work with some of India’s leading education and learning organizations, including NIIT, Aptech, Amity University, and Unacademy. These experiences gave me the privilege of working closely with students, educators, institutions, and diverse learning environments.
They also gave me a deeper understanding of a challenge that continues to shape higher education: the gap between academic learning and real-world readiness.
A degree provides an important foundation, but today’s students increasingly need more. They need practical skills, professional confidence, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, digital capabilities, and a clear understanding of what the workplace expects from them.
This realization became the foundation for Albatross Learning in 2022.
I envisioned an organization that could work alongside educational institutions to make learning more practical, relevant, structured, and connected to real-world opportunities. Our aim is to complement academic education with experiences that help students develop the capabilities required to transition confidently from campus to career.
Over time, our vision has expanded beyond student employability. We now see learning as a continuous journey—one that extends from education to employment, and from professional development to organizational growth.
Through our work with students, institutions, and organizations, we strive to create learning experiences that deliver genuine value: stronger capabilities, greater confidence, better preparedness, and meaningful outcomes.
